We will give you some tips to workout in 15 minutes or less per day, using just your bodyweight or things you find lying around the house.
We’ll also fill you in on some very simple items you can buy on Amazon for cheap that don’t take up much space and won’t break your wallet–things you can travel with, or take to the office, or leave out of the way until you want it.

And, of course, we all know many of the health benefits of exercising, and we all want to do it. But at this masterclass, you’ll learn the dangers of not exercising. I won’t spoil it, but the toll you have to pay for not exercising is expensive.
